Monica’s passionate advocacy for Melrosians led her to fight for change at the state level.  This led to her appointment by former Governor Baker to his Advisory Commission on Local Government. Coupled with her leadership with the Mass Municipal Association, her network of local and state leaders uniquely places Monica in a position to help formulate and bring best practices to Melrose.
