State Committewoman Race

Let’s win some elections and turn this state around!

Dear Friend,

I am writing to share with you that I will be a candidate for Republican State Committeewoman on the upcoming Presidential Primary, Tuesday, March 5 in the Fifth Middlesex District which includes Malden, Melrose, Reading, Stoneham, Wakefield and Winchester: Precincts 1, 2, 3, 8.

As a former candidate and local elected official, I know how difficult it is to run and win in Massachusetts as a Republican. We need a strong state party to counter the Democrat machine. I ask you to vote for me March 5 to grow our party and help turn our state around.

Let’s win some elections and turn this state around!

Best,

Monica

I will advocate for the issues you care about:

  • Eliminating waste, fraud and abuse in our government

  • Championing economic opportunity by opposing higher taxes and fees and supporting small businesses

  • Lowering inflation and decreasing the cost of living in Massachusetts
  • Fixing our broken immigration system

  • Supporting our police and first responders for a safer community

  • Defending our Constitutional Freedoms

My Plan for Change

  1. Provide Training and Technical Assistance - By providing training and support to our grassroots activists and to our candidates alike, we can empower more people to make change at the local level.

  2. Be Vocal - As a State Committee member, I can use this platform to speak out on important issues. I will also work with our local Republican City and Town Committees to amplify our voices in our local media.

  3. Outreach & Organize - I will help our local Republican City and Town Committees outreach to grow our party and recruit new members.

  4. Work Together - I will work with all factions of our Party so we can focus on winning elections and bringing real change to Massachusetts.

What is a Republican State Committeewoman?

Every four years, voters in the Presidential Primary elect one man and one woman in each state senatorial district as their Republican State Committeeman or State Committeewoman. The eighty members act as a board of directors for the Massachusetts Republican Party. They elect a Chairman, approve a multi-million dollar budget annually and serve as the liaison to the local ward, city and town committees. They are also charged with candidate recruitment and often act as the local spokesperson for the Party.
